- Responsible for assembly process development, equipment specification and installation, and process improvements.
- Must be able to utilize SPC, DOE, and other advanced tools to capture metrics and provide data-driven targets for improvement.
- Experience with microelectronics, surface mount, and complex mechanical assembly process preferred.
- Experience in automotive OEM quality requirements helpful.
- Experience in manufacturing processes in automotive, consumer electronics, or related manufacturing helpful.

- Able to start immediately. This position is for 3 months. Compensation:$65k -85k
