Intralox Inc. is seeking a hardworking, motivated, and detail oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant. Candidate must have 1-2 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience with Quickbooks Pro and exhibit strong organizational capabilities. Responsibilities of this full-time position include: -- Management of accounts payable, accounts receivable -- Process journal entries, month-end close, reconciliation of bank statements -- Creation and distribution of invoices to clients -- Pursue overdue payments from clients and handle accounts payable inquiries from vendors -- Manage employee payroll, benefits and other company insurance policies -- Light office management tasks and responsibilities

Understanding and experience in advertising industry a plus Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Organized and detail oriented Excellent interpersonal communication Ability to multi-task
