plus50的评论我只同意一半。你要带老美老外来这里，尤其是生意往来，这里确实够档次，因为很西化，干净、professional. 菜做得如何？我觉得不能说poor. 我去过三蕃市的，应该说还是不错的，尤其是老外吃起来，很满意。作为中国人，我觉得没事可能不会到这种地方来，因为性能价格比不行：用最贵的价格，吃不是最合我们老中味蕾的中国菜。不过，要我给PF CHANG打分的话，我替美国人打5分，替中国人打4分。还有一点我想说明，这是成功的中餐馆连锁模式，也为中国人争了点脸。

Never been to this particular one but this is a chain restaurant. It is an expensive restaurant but the food tastes mostly weird even if the name sounds familiar. The waiter will pretend to offer his/her special sauce but is actually a random mix of disaster. I've had one putting soy sauce, peanut sauce, hot oil and just about everything there is all in one. This is a place where a business person impresses his/her client with the money spent, not a place where you will get a good meal or any value.

PFChang is not owned by Chinese. take that.....

True, PF's dishes maybe avaragely two dollars above regular Chinese restaurants.I had been in Troy's PF three times, and I think they're worth the price.PF Change focus a little more on look, but don't loose the taste of Chinese food.
