今天中午我们Group的聚在一起给一位同事送别，有同事推荐家乡，所以有幸认识这家饭馆，我第一次来这里觉得很Surprise，没想到这个不起眼的地方还真是个好地方，环境布置的挺雅致，也干净，听别人说很多老中也在这里聚餐。我们点了13道菜，绝大部分菜看上去都是精心之作。我尤爱醋溜鱼片、酸菜鱼、茄子锅贴、鱼香茄子煲、栗子鸡，还有一道凉菜“麻辣牛筋”也是做得又香又辣又爽。别的同事吃了也很满意，说以后也会带家人、朋友这里吃。听说这家乡老板是特爱花心思做菜的，很有钻劲，难怪做出来的菜式与众不同呢。

今天母亲节，约了四家一起去下馆子，本想去金翠湖，但有三家都说去家乡好，可见家乡的受欢迎程度。有几位是常客细数了家乡几样好吃的。说这里的鱼做得都特别好，我们也都试了，水煮鱼、泡椒鱼(红色朝天椒和鱼片炒的)、剁椒鱼(青椒炒鱼片)，确实味道很好，我们点了卤水鸭、酱鸭、青豆丝瓜，青菜蘑菇炒得也不错，上海小白菜都切了半寸的段，比那种整根油抄的显得更亲切可口些。红油牛肉也不错，不过这小菜应该没什么特别的，我觉得自己家牛肉泡上红油也能这味。小菜生黄瓜粒和芫西菜拌得不错。左宗鸡、香干肉丝、扬州炒饭、牛肉河粉都很受小孩子喜欢，最后有一道麻油茄条我觉得也是很有特色，炖烂的茄子条泡在麻油汤里，上面飘浮这一层芝麻。这道菜不是热菜，也不怎么辣，所以一下吃下去很多，怎不知麻味后劲足，不会觉得满嘴发麻打颤。我觉得喜欢麻的人应该觉得这劲好，但对我来说，尤其第一次，觉得过火了些。本来还想点葱油饼，但别人说这里做得太油，不好。比较其它几家餐馆，大家说这里做得家常、可口、实惠(份量大)，中华楼不错，但川菜太辣小孩受不了，金翠湖粤菜做得不错，但服务生态度差些。今晚虽然是Mother Day，座位几乎满了，但上菜速度还是可以，基本没怎么拖。但茶水跟进不足。

家乡菜的味道不错，但是老板娘太拽，服务态度太差。第一次和朋友去吃饭，就被老板娘催着赶快吃，吃完快走，因为其他人在等着用桌子。第二次去点外买，足足等了一个小时，抱怨了一句，等的时间太长，又被老板娘顶了一句：我又没有说要在半小时做好，你没有看见我们有一个大party!!

看见了您对我的批评.我毫无保留地接受.有机会,我会当面道歉.因为您是忠肯的. 顺便,也向所有在我们餐馆就餐不满意的,哪怕一点点不满意的,没有提出来的人道歉! 是事必会有对错.是人总会有毛病.我欢迎大家对事评头论足.对人"救死扶伤". 最后.希望大家不但喜欢我们的菜."更喜欢我们的人!" 愿意为大家服务,但有点"小脾气"的人

I fully agree with you, and also the food is not fresh. Last time I went to there and I ordered two dishes, fried baby bok choy, and fried raw fish slice. Baby bok choy was not clean and fish was spoilt. I told to the owner and she was denied and mad. After eating those two dishes, I went back to home, and at that night, my abdomen was so hurts and diarrhea very seriously.

This restaurant is much worse than the Best China in Canton. The price for every dish is at least double of those at Best China. We went to have lunch there and the Bazhen Sea Food Tofu needs to pay $1 to add the Tofu (the white soft one). But there is virtually no sea food there (it only has the cabbage, several small pieces of fish, etc.). I do not recommend my friends to go there. The vegetable is not clean enough as some other people have commented. This is a bad place.The price is way too high, especially at this financial crisis time. There were not too many customers there for the lunch even it is on Sunday. It is clear the business is not so welcome there because of the bad quality. The dishes are also very greasy (oily), and it tastes like much MSG was added.

实惠??? You must be the brother in law of the owner. They use a little bigger box than others, with even less than half with food and almost double price compared to other similar restaurants. If I checked the food over there, I would have definitely asked them if somebody stole food from my order. I've neven seen such small amount food for a take-out. I'll never step into this one, even I have to eat at cheap Macdonald.

I wish I checked your comments before we went there. Too pricy!
