Required skills (Must Have):
- Degree: BSME or BSEE or BSCE.
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
- High-degree of personal organization.
- Ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
- Ability to improvise and independently implement temporary solutions.
- High-level of comfort with computer software/hardware, electrical, pneumatic & mechanical systems.

Desired skills (Nice to Have):
- Degree: MS.
- Foreign language fluency (German, Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, or Korean).
- Laser and fiber optic experience.
- Ability to operate independently in unionized manufacturing environment.
