Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategies for front-end experience, site structure/information architecture, and back-end interfaces.
- Maintain content, develop new pages, enhance functionality, and ensure overall quality of the Zana site.
- Work in support of the customer service, member services, and marketing teams in developing online marketing vehicles, email, newsletters, and micro-sites.
- Manage online processes and work flows.
- Ensure the site maintains a consistent brand image, through visual and style standards as well as compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements.
- Create high quality Web graphics and design templates.
- Provide reporting and analysis assistance regarding web site traffic.
Qualifications
.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience managing web site development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience developing complex sites featuring dynamic interaction, rich content, embedded forms, audio, video and script objects.
- Strong understanding of Web services, design, information architecture, and open source applications.
- Experience implementing RSS feeds, blogs, and emerging user community-building techniques is a major plus.
- Proficient with HTML, CSS, Flash, JavaScript and SQL.
- Ability to work independently, set and meet deadlines, manage diverse tasks across a multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Likes to work with people and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Adapts quickly to changing environments and requirements.
