514 E. Ann Street, Ann Arbor -1 block from State St-sunny room in Ann St. victorian. I am a U of M senior who is subletting her bedroom in a beautiful victorian home on Ann Street for the Winter of 2007. The house is just one block from campus and downtown State Street.
It is fully furnished, and is a historic Ann Arbor home with a bunch of fun girls. Each bedroom has its own lock on the door, but my housemates are wonderful anyway. The bedroom has a large closet and incredible stained glass windows. Rent is $450 a month but is negotiable. It does not include utilities, which are about an extra $40 (even in the winter) each month.
Come live with a bunch of fun, wonderful people, or just enjoy the amazing location.
