Job Responsibilities:

* Ability to translate design and technical specifications into functional deliverables
* The programmer is responsible for integrating multimedia assets, developing, debugging, and deploying graphical user interfaces
* Ensuring timely delivery of project
* Relationship building with internal and external clients

The Web Programmer should be a creative problem-solver and fully capable of producing standards-compliant and scalable multimedia systems. This position requires the utmost attention to detail and an ability to work well under pressure managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Required Experience:

* 3+ years programming experience
* An understanding of web development best practices
* Experience working on interactive projects (CD Rom, DVD, Web)
* Demonstrated competency in PHP and databases, ASP and ASP.NET a plus
* Competency in server administration and maintainence
* Experience working with XHTML, CSS, and XML, Flash/Actionscript and AJAX a plus
* Raw enthusiasm and a team player
* Thorough understanding of the technical aspects of each project and ability to work across highly technical mediums
* Keen attention to detail
* Proven written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer skills
* Highly organized and efficient
