Moderation applicants must be:

*Fluent (reading, writing, speaking) in English and Chinese
* Experienced with online community applications such as chat and message
boards as well as multi-media programs.
* Competent typists and computer users.
* 18 or older and have good communication skills
* Support clean well-lighted online community.
