2. 济南高新区介绍园区科技发展政策和重点需求;
   Introduction to the policy on science and technology advancement and its priorities in the Jinan Hi-Tech Industrial Zone;
3. 信息产业局介绍济南市信息产业发展环境及相关政策。
   Introduction to the information technology industry environment and its related policies by Jinan City Information Industry Bureau.

主承办单位为美加齐鲁同乡会提供了20位参会人员名额。同乡会将在四月底以前为其住有联络人员的地区保留至少一位名额。

The Organizers have allocated the Association a quota of 20 participants. The Association will reserve one seat for each area where it is represented before the end of April .

这些地区是 Those areas are：

另外8位名额不受地区限制，报满为为止。
The remaining 8 seats are available to anyone regardless of area.

4. 美加齐鲁同乡会考察报名人员的项目与此次会议的相关性及学术水平。
   The Association studies and evaluates the projects submitted, their relevance to the Conference and their academic level.
5. 美加齐鲁同乡会向主承办单位省市侨办推荐报名人员。
   The Association recommends the participant candidates to the Conference Organizers.
6. 主承办单位省市侨办向报名人员签发邀请信函。
   The Organizers issue invitation letters to the participants.
