我1998年我换工作到密西根时是找徐律师办H1转签证的，他动作挺快，没出什么问题。后来有一次在多伦多美领签证时缺少一份文件，当时打给其事务所，他的手下也能很快传真过来所需材料，使我顺利拿到签证。所以我觉得他做事挺认真敬业的。事隔这么多年一直没有和他联系，但也知道他一直在做着移民业务，想必经验、知识会越来越老到。

I haven't got direct contact with Dr. Xu, but talked with his secretary for a quick question. She answered my question to key point and was very professional, and yet has a sense of humor. After I finished this phone conversation, I felt like I just discussed my problem with a old friend.I'll definitely let Dr.Xu handle my case if I come to the ready point.
