I checked the address, this is the same as the "Tsai Grocery" and that is its English name on the store front. It is not nearly as big as Hua Xing but it has lots of different things especially those toward Japanese and Taiwanese foods. It also has a good selection of boxed Japanese meals (likely from the next door Godaiko restaurant, heard they are of the same owner) and Taiwanese/Japanese style bread and toast.
