Assist and provide professional support to Bilingual customers with their needs related to telecommunications services in their native languages

In order to succeed the following skills are required:
• The successful candidate must be able to communicate in spoken English and a second language
• Strong customer service skills in person and over the phone
• Must work full-time
• Must be eligible to work in USA
• All ages 18+
• Outgoing personality
